·         Pre-registration is required.

·   You must sign an Accident Waiver and Release of Liability form on the day of the event in order to participate. Riders under 18 years of age must have parent/guardian signature on waiver (contact RBA for more information).

·   By registering for this event, you agree to be governed by the RUSA Rules for Riders.

·   Riders are expected to be fully self-sufficient and confident of their ability to complete a challenging course with minimal support. Support or follow cars are not permitted along the course.  Personal support is only allowed at checkpoints.   

·   Riders are responsible for making their own arrangements for alternate transportation if they cannot finish the ride under their own power.  Ride volunteers will be unable to provide transport.

·   There will be bag drops at both of the overnight controls: Tavares and Okeechobee.  Riders are allowed one bag per drop, each not to exceed 15 lbs.  Drop bags will be collected at the ride start and may be recovered at the finish after 5PM Sunday.

·   Refund Policy:  Registration fee is $65. You may cancel your registration on or before October 1 and receive a partial refund of $40.   After October 1, your registration fee becomes non-refundable.

·   Weather Advisory:  This ride occurs during the hurricane season. Because the course includes evacuation routes, RBA reserves the right to cancel the ride in the event of a hurricane or severe tropical storm.
